About the opportunity

Join the Education & Training division at Steadfast Goldseal, where we deliver high-quality learning experiences through our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), online Learning Hub, and industry events. As a Training Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our students, brokers, and internal teams by ensuring smooth and efficient training operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-focused, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about education and service excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Steadfast Learning Hub and RTO inboxes, triaging queries and providing timely support.
  • Process student enrolments, assessment submissions, and maintain student records in aXcelerate.
  • Host and manage webinars, live learning events, and compliance training sessions.
  • Support reporting activities by producing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of training policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Education and Training Services Manager and contribute to team projects.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong client service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in an education or training environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with student management systems (e.g., aXcelerate) is an advantage.
