Steadfast Group is the largest general insurance broker network and the largest underwriting agency group in Australasia with growing operations internationally. We were founded on the belief that a network of brokers would be stronger together, and this idea has been the backbone of our culture ever since. We believe that none of us is as good as all of us.
We are leaders of the general insurance broking and underwriting industry, and we lead from the front.
About the opportunity
As the Manager – Insurer Services at Steadfast Broker Services, you will play a strategic and relationship-driven role, partnering with insurer clients to deliver value through Professional Service Fee agreements. - Help prepare engaging interviews, reports, and presentations that influence decision-makers.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with insurer partners — and help them succeed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial insurance — broking, underwriting, or strategy — with a hunger to grow.
- A natural connector with strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit — you’re proactive, resourceful, and love solving problems.
- Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders and bring ideas to life.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Comfortable with data — you know how to turn numbers into insights.
