ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing. Experience in processing AU or NZ payroll in a shared services environment and participation on process improvement projects in the past is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to effectively work with team and others to meet timelines, objectives, and KPIs.
- Eagerness to take full responsibility and accountability for tasks assigned.
- Ability to communicate at all levels in a multiple stakeholder environment, e.g., liaising with clients, external service providers, and other relevant divisions or entities within Steadfast Group.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder, and time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous process improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
