This role offers the opportunity to influence frontend architecture, champion engineering excellence, and help accelerate our transition from legacy technologies to a modern cloud-native environment.
What Your Days May Look Like
You might start your day collaborating with engineers and product teams to plan upcoming work, review technical designs or support solution discussions. Throughout the day, you'll be designing and developing modern React applications, building reusable components, improving user experiences, and helping shape frontend architecture decisions.
You could be reviewing pull requests, mentoring fellow engineers, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, or partnering with cloud and backend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. As part of our modern engineering culture, you'll also explore emerging technologies, AI-assisted development tools and innovative ways to improve how we build software.
No two days are the same, but every day you'll be helping deliver technology that supports thousands of brokers and customers across Australia and New Zealand.
