Your new role at Steadfast
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who enjoys building engaging digital experiences, improving customer journeys, generating leads and using technology to achieve meaningful marketing outcomes. You'll bring curiosity, creativity and a collaborative mindset, along with a passion for digital channels, emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Marketing, Broker Services, Technology teams, external partners and business stakeholders to strengthen our digital presence, improve customer engagement and deliver data-driven marketing initiatives. You'll combine your technical expertise with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to support digital growth across websites, CRM platforms, marketing automation and lead generation activities.
What your days may look like
You may start your morning reviewing website performance, updating content across our web platforms and ensuring campaigns, pages and digital assets are performing effectively.
By midday, you could be building email campaigns, refining lead generation activities, analysing digital performance data or coordinating with stakeholders and developers on website improvements and new projects.
In the afternoon, you might be testing new website functionality, optimising content for search engines and AI-powered search experiences, or exploring ways to improve automation, broker journeys and conversion performance.
No two days look the same, but every day you'll be helping to grow our digital capability, strengthen our brand presence and create better experiences for customers and partners.
The work you will lead and shape
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Create digital campaigns, website experiences and lead generation initiatives that support business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, broker-facing teams, developers and external partners to deliver successful digital outcomes.
- Challenge current processes and identify opportunities to improve broker experience, website performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Deliver website enhancements, email campaigns, automation workflows and digital projects from planning through to execution.
- Support stakeholders with reporting, performance insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
Furthermore you can:
- Develop and manage website content across CMS platforms including Optimizely and Umbraco.
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns, nurture programs and automated customer journeys.
- Support lead generation through digital channels.
- Apply SEO and AI optimisation best practices to improve content visibility and performance.
- Conduct website testing, quality assurance and user experience improvements.
- Support marketing technology enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and actionable recommendations.
What You will Bring
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within insurance, financial services or another professional services environment.
- Experience managing website content through CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco, Salesforce or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation, UX principles and conversion-focused digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud Next.
- Experience delivering email marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives and digital broker journeys.
- Understanding of website analytics, tracking tools and campaign performance measurement.
- Knowledge of how CMS, CRM, analytics and marketing technology platforms integrate to support marketing outcomes.
- An interest in AI technologies and how they are shaping search, content discovery and customer engagement.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
If you are not sure you meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply, we value potential and diverse experiences.
