Job Description

The Talent Management Specialist plays a key role in helping the People & Culture team and the businesses drive employee performance, development, and retention. This role designs and implements programs that strengthen engagement, build career pathways, and ensure that the organization has the talent it needs to succeed.

  • Develop career development pathways aligned with organizational needs
  • Coordinate learning programs with trainers, schedules, and resources
  • Track participation and effectiveness of training and development initiatives
  • Implement post-learning feedback and analyze evaluation scores
  • Communicate performance review cycles and timelines to employees
  • Manage performance review processes including goal setting and feedback documentation
  • Support managers with performance improvement plans and coaching for underperforming employees
  • Administer engagement surveys covering career growth, leadership, communication, and well-being
  • Analyze engagement and wellbeing data to identify trends and recommend actions
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives including well-being workshops and work-life blend opportunities
  • Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen employee commitment
  • Maintain HR knowledge resources including policies, documents, and communication kits
  • Ensure alignment of policies with organizational culture, values, and regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or any related field
  • At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on engagement, performance management, learning, or corporate communication
  • Knowledge of succession planning and career development
  • Experience working with HR information systems and data analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills for employee engagement and corporate messaging
  • Analytical ability to interpret survey data, performance metrics, and training outcomes
  • Experience in handling employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
  • Problem-solving skills to address performance challenges and recommend solutions
  • Attention to detail in managing performance cycles and documentation
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on employee growth and organizational success
