Close to finishing university and thinking, what comes next? The Steadfast Graduate Program is built to give you the skills, confidence and real-world experiences you need to shape a future that you will be proud of.

Think of it as your map: you choose the direction, and we will help you navigate every step of the way.

Over 12 months, you will take on real responsibility, build industry connections, and work alongside leaders who want to see you succeed. This is a program designed for our future talent to make an impact and build a meaningful career.

• Build your future, your way. Start by rotating through one of our insurance brokers to get hands‑on client experience. Then explore tailored rotations in your chosen pathway to build broad business knowledge and expertise.
• Support that supports you. You will have a graduate buddy, access to senior leaders, and a dedicated program manager along with structured learning, mentoring and coaching.
• A culture where you can be yourself. Our values shape everything we do. You will be part of a connected, respectful and inclusive community, one where you can grow, contribute and belong.
• Make an impact. Work on a graduate project that tackles a real business challenge and develops a practical solution. You'll then present your recommendations to the executive team, gaining valuable exposure while making a meaningful contribution to the business.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for graduates who want to learn, collaborate, make an impact, and step into every opportunity.

We welcome graduates from a wide range of degrees, including but not limited to:

• Actuarial Studies.
• Business.
• Finance.
• Human Resources.
• Information Technology.
• Law.
• Marketing.

If you are due to complete your studies by the end of 2026, or have graduated within the last two years, we would love to hear from you. At this time, we can only consider applications from Australian and New Zealand residents.
